1️⃣ RUN SETUP
Quickly configure DropTrackr in just a few steps:
/setup
This will guide you through:
Choosing your drop channel
Setting ping target (@everyone, @here, role, or none)
Choosing who can run commands (staff or public)
Setting your Apple region (storefront) for cleaner Apple links
Permissions to double-check in the drop channel: View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files.
If you use @everyone or @here, the bot also needs “Mention Everyone” for that channel.
2️⃣ TRACK MORE CREATORS LATER
Add new artists or podcasts anytime using their name or a Spotify link:
/trackartist name:<artist or podcast>
Examples:
name: Taylor Swift
name: https://open.spotify.com/show/… (podcasts)
name: https://open.spotify.com/episode/… (podcast episodes)
3️⃣ VIEW OR REMOVE TRACKED CREATORS
See your server’s tracked list:
/listtracked
Stop tracking someone (paste exactly as shown in /listtracked):
/untrackartist name:<creator>
4️⃣ STATUS & ADMIN TOOLS
/showsetup — Quick health check of your config
/dropstatus — Shows last drop and next check estimate
/status — Bot health and uptime
/dropcache — Clears the drop cache (admin only)
/diagnosechannels — Scans saved channels and tells you what to fix
